- Application, follow-up, and finalization of residence permits, and extension of residence permits for foreigners who intend to live in Turkey;
- Application, follow-up, and finalization of work permits, and extension of work permits for foreigners intended to be employed in Turkey, including those intended to be employed by legal persons subject to the Foreign Investments Act;
- Application, follow-up, and finalization of citizenship status of foreigners who intend to acquire a Turkish citizenship as per Turkish Citizenship Law no.5901;
- Application, follow-up, and finalization of citizenship status of foreigners who intend to renounce their Turkish citizenship based on the competent authority resolution as per Turkish Citizenship Law no.5901;
- Application, follow-up, and finalization of procedures to acquire Turkish citizenship as an exception within the scope of Regulations on the Application of Turkish Citizenship Law;
- Providing legal counselling for Real Estate Law, especially for immovable properties to be acquired by foreigners in Turkey as well as providing legal counselling for Law of Succession;
- Providing legal counselling for healthcare services and social security rights to be benefited by foreigners;
- Providing legal counselling for foreigners to incorporate foreign-invested companies, to form company partnerships;
- Providing legal counselling for foreigners to enter into agreements, to grant the right to form associations, and the right to become a member in associations;
- Providing information and legal counselling for foreigners on Turkish law and applicable legal regulations;
- Filing any lawsuits as well as follow-up and finalization of any legal proceedings required in case of any violation of the rights of the foreigners living in Turkey;
- Providing information and legal counselling for marriage procedures for foreigners living in Turkey within the scope of applicable legal regulations;
- Filing as well as follow-up and finalization of lawsuits and legal proceedings for divorce as well as other domestic lawsuits for foreigners living in Turkey;
- Filing as well as follow-up and finalization of lawsuits required for protecting the reserved rights arising out of the international private laws and conventions to which the Republic of Turkey is a party for the foreigners living in Turkey;
- Providing legal counselling services for asylum, temporary protection, subsidiary protection, conditional immigration, and refugee status in Turkey (In Turkey, where 1951 Geneva Convention was accepted with certain geographical restrictions for the legal status of the refugees, there is not any standard procedure. Due to these restrictions, Turkey only accepts applications of refugees from the member countries of the European Council. In case of applications of refugees from countries other than those of the European Council, temporary residence permit is granted through the United Nations Refugee Agency (UNHCR) until the refugees are settled in the country where they will be admitted for residence.
